So thrilled to have had a long-distance video phone session with my sister-in-law's sister in South Asia today. She couldn't see me because my monitor at work hasn't got a video cam. But, I could see her, her 2 boys and her hubby, BP. How amazing that they could show me their current home and their oldest son having loads of fun in a little bucket of water after his bath. She shared a recent song she's written - we caught up. I don't think we've spoken for at least a year and have not seen each other for nearly 4 years. These are the moments I just LOVE technology - speaking of awe-inspiring technologies, I printed a color doc from my iPhone yesterday at the office...how cool is that?
That is cool! I was just reveling in skype myself since Taryn is 500 miles away at college that I could watch her practice her Bollywood dance routine in her dorm room and feel like she was in the other room. I love when technology connects! We have to get on FB skype sometime and catch up too someday :o) Glad you are still loving England. My daughters, both of them, dream of visiting. Taryn just picked up brochures for England Abroad programs for next fall. She is hoping to go!
